- In June, 2005 Ron Yelton sent me his Yelton files, including correspondence with a number of Yelton family members throughout the United States. This extensive compilation by Sid and Dorothea Kennedy is in the form of family group sheets and deals mostly, but not exclusively, with descendants of Charles Yelton and Amelia Ellis. Not all of the sheets have sources identified, and in some cases the sources, while listed, cannot be tied to the specific facts stated. Where a source is provided, I will include that information in the citation detail.
